Cement block masonry labour should be measured by completed wall area or another clearly defined BOQ unit. Scope should specify block size, wall thickness, mortar/adhesive responsibility, height, scaffolding, material shifting and cleaning.

Practical Planning

Track the gang's daily completed square feet and rework. This provides a better basis for selecting a gang than daily wage alone.
