For high-rise apartment flooring, define whether the labour rate includes loading/unloading, floor-to-floor material shifting, cleaning, tile cutting, alignment, adhesive/mortar mixing, joint filling and final cleaning.
Practical Planning
Use completed measured floor area and clearly record deductions/openings according to the work order. For a 34-floor tower, material logistics and vertical shifting can materially affect the labour quote.

Define quantity, labour scope, material responsibility, site conditions and payment measurement before starting work.
